Installing IE8

Base on my experience;

• Don't install Windows XP SP3 when your current IE is not version 7
• Windows update thru Windows XP SP2 before upgrading to SP3
• Better to install first IE8 before installing SP3
• If you can live with it, dont update to SP3 using redist installer. If you really need to update to SP3 let windows update do it for you.
• Application(s) might not work the same way, if it was designed explicitly to work on atleast SP2.
